This Workshop will explain everything that I have been teaching at Life Lessons Australia and will help you implement and reinforce the strategies/concepts with your child.

Q. What are our strategies and concepts about?

A. They are about being the Boss of your Brain.  If you are a Star Wars fan, our concepts are akin to learning to be a Jedi (without lightsabers).

You will learn the proactive and reactive strategies that I teach children in my workshops in order to help them manage their difficult thoughts and emotions.

In my Children’s Workshops, children learn:

  • self-confidence
  • resilience
  • how to deal with anxious thoughts/emotions
  • a formula for making positive decisions

Therefore, as a result of attending this session, you will be able to teach/reinforce our strategies in order to assist your child to feel better and RESPOND in an improved manner when things don’t go to plan.

Let’s face it, we don’t always get what we want instantly in this life and often have to do things that seem scary but, if you are a Jedi and can manage yourself, you will eventually reach a level of success that is more important than any other.  You will learn to feel better ‘no matter what’, forgive yourself quickly when you don’t and you will make better decisions.

If children are ‘too scared’ to go after what they want or try new things or they get so angry that they waste a day, they are not moving in a successful direction.

Children’s Workshops are my favourite but I understand that parents also want to have our lesson content explained so this time I’m ‘taking one for the team’ haha. By the way, parents, if you have struggled with your own mental health/anxiety/anger, I guarantee you will personally walk away from this course feeling better with a new plan for YOURSELF.

There are no activities to complete and no pressure.
